L42art Gallery Order Information

1. We are constantly updating the reference. Please Email for a price quote on a piece or artist of interest. We usually will respond in 24 hours. Confirm all pricing at the time of order.
2. Shipping charges are at actual cost for packing, shipping and insurance.  We ship via FEDEX in the USA and FEDEX or USPS Express Mail overseas unless otherwise agreed to in advance. 
3. Sales Taxes at current tax rate for California residents.
4. Framing is available for pieces on request. We are not framers so will send the piece out to be framed. Please confirm when ordering. Glass is not insurable so we do not ship with glass. 
5. Please note all items are subject to prior sale.
6. We guarantee your satisfaction on all pieces from the L42art collection. We need to confirm the return policy on these pieces on a piece by piece basis. The exception to the return policy: If you order custom framing then the price of the framing is not refundable. If you have any doubt about the colors or anything else about the piece, ask to have the piece shipped unframed and approve it then return it to us for framing.
7. We will issue a Certificate of Authenticity with each piece we sell unless no information is available. This happens when we have not been able to find a reference for the piece in question or the artist is unknown to us.
8. We do not release personal information or email addresses that we receive in the normal course of business to any outside sources.
